RULES:

  1. NO FOOD AT ALL IN THE COMPETITION AREA.

  2. NO BEVERAGES EXCEPT CLOSED WATER BOTTLES ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR, THIS INCLUDES PARENTS!!  (WE WILL ALLOW COVERED COFFEE CUPS BUT THEY MAY NOT BE SET DOWN ON THE COMPETITION TABLES.)

  3. PARENTS AND SPECTATORS MAY TAKE FOOD INTO THE STANDS, BUT MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES INCLUDING THROWING PAPER GOODS AND CRUMBS.

  4. KIDS MUST EAT IN THE LOBBY.

UofM Concessions will have magazines and a DVD player again for mental health breaks.

STUDENTS - TEACHERS - PARENTS:  Please leave the tables as they are set up in the lobby and PLEASE clean up after yourselves!  Last year a school group was a poor reflection on our program. A school group took over the lobby to feed just their students.  They pushed all of the tables together and then according to the UofM Concessions, "left the place a pigpen."  The same group had open cans of coke on the competition floor (NOT PERMITTED / AGAINST THE RULES) that were found spilled and crushed cans on the floor.  That is grounds for us to not be able to use the Field House for our fair! PLEASE - NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES on the competition floor. (The ONLY exception is a CLOSED water bottle.)

Food and beverages ARE NOT PERMITTED anywhere except the lobby, or for adults who are careful, in the stands.  This protects the special floor of the Field House and we will lose the privilege of holding our fair at the Field House if we do not enforce this rule. PLEASE HELP US with the no beverage, no food in the competition area and surrounding area.

OUR VOLUNTEERS DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CLEAN UP YOUR SPILLS & MESS!

Also remember: no high heels are permitted on this floor.
